Gary Katz is a visionary and thought leader in the emerging Marketing Operations field.He has managed initiatives in marketing, communications, public relations, investor relations, and employee communications in the technology sector: Siemens, Sun Microsystems, ShoreTel, eTrigue, and other companies. Consulting clients include Anritsu, BitDefender, Health Strategies Group, IBM CastIron, LexisNexis, NetApp, and other firms. Gary earned his BA in Public Relations from San Jose State University and his Master’s degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. He created the first-ever university course on Marketing Operations, as an instructor at University of California Santa Cruz Extension. He is a past national Board Member of the Business Marketing Association, past president of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and past track chair for the Marketing Operations Management Symposium from 2005-2008. Gary is a Certified Strategic Planning Process Facilitator by the Institute of Cultural Affairs. Gary’s articles on Marketing Operations have been published by Chief Marketer, MarketingProfs, Automate, The Journal of Digital Asset Management, and other publications. Co-Founders of Marketing Operations Partners are Dick Heermance, Tom Pencek, and Murry Shohat.
Lynn Hunsaker has managed initiatives in strategic planning, product management, market research, alliances, acquisitions, marcom, process improvement, metrics, incentive programs, change management, and customer experience management. Her experience spans high tech, manufacturing, and professional services sectors: Applied Materials, Sonoco Products Company, and Tragon. She is founder of ClearAction, customer experience optimization consulting. Lynn earned her AAS degree in Psychology and BS degree in Business Management from BYU and her MBA degree from Vanderbilt University. She is past president of Silicon Valley American Marketing Association and the Bay Area Association for Psychological Type. Lynn has been an instructor of business courses at San Jose State University and University of California Berkeley Extension. She is an AMA Professional Certified Marketer, ASQ Certified Quality Manager, and Certified Practitioner of MBTI® and CPI260, and she is an Advisory Board member of Customer Think, The Customer Care Network, and Customer Experience One. Lynn is author of three Kindle books: Metrics You Can Manage For Success, Customer Experience Improvement Momentum, and Innovating Superior Customer Experience. She was project director of Marketing Operations Partners' best practices benchmarking study, Journey to Marketing Operations Maturity.
Simon Daniels has managed initiatives in database management, marketing automation system implementation, CRM and SFA system implementation, marketing data enhancement, data quality management, analytics and privacy policy. He has held managerial positions at T-Mobile, Gartner Group, Information Builders, and other companies. He is founder of Percassity Marketing Data Solutions. Simon earned his BA degree in Business Studies from the University of Brighton, and he is instructor of the database marketing and business insight module for the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing’s Business-to-Business Certificate. Simon represents Marketing Operations Partners in the European region.
Kim Farwell has managed initiatives in strategic marketing and business planning, marketing new product and branding launches, marketing technology system assessment and implementation, sales and marketing effectiveness, process and operational optimization, and acquisition and loyalty growth in the technology and financial sectors. Kim has held senior management positions across various global locations with marketing agencies and blue chip companies such as IBM, Microsoft and American Express. Consulting clients have included SMB companies and large corporations such as Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Brambles. She is the founder of InMark Solution, which helps clients optimize their marketing operations for profitability. She earned her BAt at the Southern Institute of Technology in Alberta.
Simon Johnstone has managed initiatives in off-shore shared services, strategic planning, new business model creation and integration, and go-to-market channel strategy development. He held numerous managerial positions during two decades at Hewlett-Packard. Consulting clients include GE Healthcare and Publicis. He is founder of Quali5, marketing information consulting. Simon earned his BSc degree in Inorganic Analytical Chemistry from the University of Melbourne and MBA degree from Melbourne Business School. He is founder of Techtel, marketing systems consulting. Michael earned his BS degree in Business from Canisius College and his MBA degree from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Juan P. Montermoso, Ph.D, has managed initiatives in strategic planning, information systems innovation, supply chain operations, global channel management, and e-business development. His experience spans 27 years at Hewlett-Packard and three years as Vice President of Management Information Systems with a Philippine conglomerate. He is founder of Montermoso Associates, supply chain and IT consulting. Juan earned his BS degree in Engineering and Applied Science from Yale University, MS degree in Computer Science from Harvard University, and Doctorate in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Through APICS, the professional society for operations management, Juan received the Homecoming Scientist award from the Philippine government and he earned CPIM, CSCP, and CIRM: Certified in Production and Inventory Management, Certified Supply Chain Professional, and Certified in Integrated Resource Management.
